Constituent Casework Transition

As our office prepares for the upcoming transition, we remain committed to making sure constituents with pending federal casework continue to receive assistance without unnecessary delays or having to start the process over.

If you currently have an open case with our office involving a federal agency, you may choose to seek continued assistance from the office of Senator Bill Hagerty or Senator Marsha Blackburn if your case can't be resolved before November 2026.  Our casework team can also help explain the transition process and, when appropriate, coordinate with the Senator’s office to make the transfer as smooth as possible.

Please understand that each congressional office operates independently, and the receiving office may require you to complete a new Privacy Release Form before it can access or continue working on your case.

Our goal is to provide clear communication and help ensure that no constituent is left without a path forward during this transition.
