Holding the Line Against Washington's Wasteful Spending
I returned to Washington, DC, this week and hit the ground running. While Leftist progressives have placed their aims on crafting a budget that will put America last, I joined the fight with House conservatives to lobby for what America really needs:
- A secure border.
- A non-corrupt Justice Department.
- Actual spending caps that will shrink America's looming debt.
The status quo congressional-industrial complex needs to go, and it's time to put our money where our mouth is. I am proud to be one of the few conservatives up here who are unafraid to fight.

ICYMI RECAP

I introduced the Countering CCP Fentanyl Trafficking Act to impose property-blocking sanctions on CCP officials who are found trafficking fentanyl into our country and make them inadmissible to the United States. China remains the number one exporter of fentanyl into the United States. CCP officials line their pockets by selling millions of dollars of this fentanyl to Mexican cartels on our Southern Border. I refuse to stand idly by as Chinese Communists poison Americans daily. My bill would hold these drug peddlers accountable. |

I also introduced the Educating Responsible Future Hunters Act. Recently, the Biden Administration vowed to defund any school that offers hunting or archery courses. Extracurricular programs like these teach responsible hunting practices and firearm safety. To protect these valuable lessons, I teamed up with Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) to block Biden's funding ban and amend current laws so schools can use federal dollars. Allowing children to learn about ethical hunting and gun safety is how we can keep our communities safer. |

My Visit To The Southern Border

Last month, I went down to Tucson to see our Southern Border first-hand, and let me tell you, it’s worse than you can imagine. We have known for years now that the Biden Administration has been derelict in its duty to secure our southern border, leading to millions of illegal crossings, an unprecedented fentanyl crisis, and an increase in violent crime across the U.S. Still, I was not prepared for just how appalling the situation is. Some wall sections have been removed for ‘deer crossings,’ but the evidence is overwhelming that this is not the case.
Instead, the areas surrounding these deliberate openings are littered with trash, clothing, carpet shoes, and even abandoned birth control from women and girls forced to ‘pay their way’ to the States. It is an absolute disaster. According to recent reports, the U.S./Mexico border is the most dangerous migration route in the world.
I have personally introduced articles of impeachment against President Biden and Vice President Harris. I have also cosponsored Congressman Andy Biggs’ (AZ-05) articles of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas. Furthermore, I have introduced the Stop the Invasion Act and voted in favor of H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act of 2023.
