This week, I had the privilege of joining the Tennessee FFA at their annual ham breakfast. It was wonderful to see so many bright young men and women who are passionate about the future of farming in Tennessee. Agriculture is a huge part of our state’s livelihood and culture.
I joined several of my colleagues and FreedomWorks outside of the Capitol to encourage Washington bureaucrats to STOP mindlessly spending the American People's money. We are running towards the economic demise of every future generation. Now is the time for change.

This week, Columbia officially welcomed Mersen, an international manufacturing company focused on innovative solutions to support technological advancements. Mersen's arrival has been in the works for a while now and it was a privilege to be present for its grand opening and ribbon-cutting.
